How I can help. As a counsellor, I offer a warm, non-judgmental, confidential relationship in which you can explore your experiences and the underlying feelings and meanings they may have for you. I will stay alongside you in whatever you are wanting to address, be it depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, bereavement, or other issues that are troubling or challenging you. I will support you in listening deeply to yourself with acceptance and trust and in connecting with what you think, feel, want and need.
We’ll work together. I invite a collaborative, relational way of working, in which you can direct the content and pace of the counselling and we will regularly review the work to ensure you are getting the most from it.
